There are 2 ways to make the exchange.

1) Come to our office.

2) Courier Exchange.

Office: We're open from 11am to 7pm on weekdays.

Weekends by appointment only. Same timing.

Courier Exchange: Pay $7 for courier to deliver to you and to collect from you a few days after receiving the new shoes.

- We'll deliver the new shoes to you first via courier.

- Then the parcel will have the waybill to paste onto the box.

(Pls use the same box that you received)

- Courier will collect from you, at your place, a few days later.

- Payment can be made via PayNow or Bank Transfer.
