The Pre-Fold Anti-Leak Charcoal Bamboo Insert is designed to wick moisture away from baby's skin and is the stay-dry layer. After baby pees, the insert dries within 1 minute, thus preventing diaper rash. Each insert is designed to last 2-4 hours depending on age of baby.
The ergonomic design of the two gussets on the sides is the anti-leak feature. It acts as the first line of defense against leaking. Most diaper inserts are flat and causes leaking if baby pees too fast or is in the wrong position. The prefold anti-leak insert does not have this problem. It directs the liquid to the centre intuitively, thus preventing side leaking.
For young infants who poop often, it is recommended to have at least 10-12pcs of charcoal bamboo inserts to allow for frequent change throughout the day. This means that if the diaper cover is not soiled, you can easily change the soiled charcoal bamboo insert without changing the cover.
To prevent messes, you can also choose to add a sheet of diaper liner on the charcoal bamboo insert. The liner is disposable and flushable, making cleanup very easy and convenient.

Important Note:
Before use, pre-wash the charcoal bamboo inserts with a little bit of detergent 2-3 times to open up its absorbency. Ensure that your detergent does not contain bleach or softeners as these are chemicals that will block its absorbency.
